Voice Description
I have spent most my life singing and doing musicals. My voice projects well. It can be very sexy, dramatic or funny. I'm told my voice over the phone is a turn-on. It's deep, but extremely feminine, warm and friendly. I speak very clearly and am very articulate but can just as easily slur and talk in a down home manner.

My Voice Experience
I have spent the majority of my life on stage either in theater or as a singer. Once I had to step behind the curtains to sing for a performer, who had laringitis, in a show I was directing. Even though she was a soprano and I an alto, I managed to pull it off with no problem and quite convincingly. I have also conducted several seminars and workshops in the past, pertaining to my profession, which is psychology and education. In the 80's, I was a telethon hostess, for several years, for public television during the quarterly fundraisers. I was usually put in the children's spots as I had no problem playing with the rubber ducky on the air and connecting with children on their level. I have not done any voice overs as yet, but am signing up with Voice 123 in hopes of getting a chance to use my voice professionally other than on the stage. The only personal recording I have made was 3 years ago. It was a song, in Greek, written by a friend and recorded with him accompanying on guitar and myself on vocal. I hope this short profile will open up new doors for me.

I have several college degrees, though none relating to that which I love the most - performing.

I am not an audio engineer, nor do I have any audio equipment. I know enough, technologically, to get this on the computer.
Additional Skills
I have great communication and understanding skills. I have a master's in psychology, as well as teaching credentials. Besides being a performer and model (which I did many moons ago), I am also a director, choreographer, set designer/builder, lighting, and do everything and anything else dealing with theater, including mopping stages. I commit myself heart and soul in all my undertakings. Because I love variety, there just isn't enough space to mention all the jobs I have held in the past and may well attempt in the future.
