Mid to upper toned voice for narrations with no particular accent...neither Southern or Northern. Can do high-energy for promos/commercials, as well as, calmer more steady reads for instructional type projects. Have a natural teaching tone and speaking voice. I'm also an experienced script and copy-writer so can assist in refining copy for the spoken word, or help improve flow and increase ease of understanding when necessary.

My Voice Experience

I've provided voiceovers for a wide variety of short and long format promotional and instructional animations over the past 10-15 years as part of my career. I'm a media professional first and foremost, who has provided voiceover services as a sidebar to my primary profession. I'm a writer/producer working largely in the corporate community for the last 5-7 years. I've learned what works and how to read/record for the best possible result according to the subject matter and client objective. I can modify my voice and tone for high-energy or calm presentation depending on the overall project objectives. I'm not insulted by coaching from the customer, and in fact, welcome it to ensure the outcome is exactly as the customer prefers. My talent lies in understanding both sides of the production process from a producers perspective as well as talent. Some of my most recent customers include Whirlpool, Kohler, Black and Decker, and Ryland Homes.

I do not have in-house capabilities, and would have to use a professional post-production studio with which I have an established relationship to record, mix/master my audio files. I understand equipment needs, input and output requirments, to ensure a uniform high-quality result and can provide files in whatever format is necessary, WAV, MP3, AIFF, etc.
