My Voice Experience

I grew up bilingual in English and Greek in inner city Baltimore (hence my ability to do urban characters and accents).

My first career was as a linguist for the Department of Defense, where I also became fluent in Russian, Spanish, and German. I also lived in Germany for 5 years and was able to blend in with the locals.

I have done stand-up comedy for fun and have trained with Second City Improv in Las Vegas, where I have developed a wide range of character and comedic performance abilities.

Having worked as a child and family therapist for over 17 years and a speaker and trainer on child welfare and parenting issues for over 20 years, I'm proficient in technical psychological and research language. Also, my fluency in Greek allows me to pronounce technical medical terminology with ease.

As a long-term real estate investor, who is also licensed, I am familiar with real estate and financial terminology.

I participated as a news anchor for a student-run news station and I've also been interviewed on national radio programs and television news programs. I'm able to do serious, professional, and 'newsy' voices.

I trained with Second City Comedy Improv Training in Las Vegas, NV, have done stand-up comedy, and have been a Public Speaker/Trainer 20 years.
