I have 17 years of telephone experience. This experience has been obtained through customer service, administrative work and sales. I was a 411 Operator for 4 years at Ameritech. I had to talk very fast to most of the customers to get them off the line quick. The other customers which were mostly senior citizens, I talked slow for. I know how to annunciate my words so that even people from different countries can understand me very well.
