I have performed diverse original characters as well as spoken and musical impersonations of diverse pop culture figures for broadcast including Betty Boop, Diana Ross, Dr. Ruth, Marge Simpson (Simpsons), Lois Griffin (Family Guy), Estelle Costanza (Seinfeld), Martha Jones (Doctor Who).

My Voice Experience

I have worked in small (Blacksburg, VA) to major market radio (Denver, CO) as a DJ, show host, news anchor, in-field reporter, voice over talent and independent podcaster. I've conducted live and pre-recorded interviews with personalities varying from political candidates to professional football players; authors to entertainers.

In the course of my career I have created vocal tracks for Audiobooks, Business, Documentaries, Educational, Internet, Jingles, Music, Podcasting, Radio, Telephone, Television end-use. I've worked as a live announcer and remain interested in working the voice work areas listed above as well as spokesperson, cartoons, films, on-camera, infomercials movie trailers and videogames.

I produced a literary science fiction podcast - KnitWitch's Scifi/Fantasy Zone - with over 43,000 downloads to date. I have performed short story narrations for subscription audio fiction magazines including Escape Pod, Podcastle and Variant Frequencies.

I am a vocalist classically trained in musical and spoken performance. I studied performing arts and communications at Berea College (Berea, KY) as a theatre major/ BA candidate.

I am a tech geek at heart and comfortable with software applications for both Windows and Macintosh computer systems.
