Voice Description

I have a warm and vibrant voice with superior diction. I can project feeling and emotion with the use of intonation and rhythm changes. I have won awards for extemporaneous speaking and dramatic interpretation because of my emotional interpretation of the written word. I have had the opportunity to speak to many groups over the years and I am able to capture and hold the attention of my listeners. I am a native English speaker but I can read French, Italian, Spanish and Arabic. I can also mimic a British and French accent.

My Voice Experience

I am a teacher by profession but have always wanted to do voiceover work. I am a brilliant reader and have won awards for public elocution. I am breaking into the field and I am eager to showcase my talents and abilities. I have been told by many that I should have been an actor and I think as a public educator I have done my share of acting to communicate with my students. I can use my voice to convey every kind of emotion and I have been told that I can make a description of the most mundane article sound like a scene from a movie.

My Training

I have participated in choral groups for the last 20+ years including college glee clubs and choirs. I am a public speaker, hosting many events as an MC. As an educator I have had to use my speaking skills to capture and hold the attention of students and I have done so with great success. I have spoken at professional conferences, to large congregations and am very comfortable projecting my voice to communicate a message whether to one person or a thousand.
