Script Details

The purpose of this training is to standardize the process of cleaning each vehicle to ensure cleanliness, quality and total customer satisfaction.

If every VSA follows the same procedure every time, we can avoid mistakes, and address all the check points efficiently.

To begin, go to the trigger board to find which cars are in demand. Next proceed to the supermarket and follow the signs to select the first vehicle in line in one of those categories marked with an “X” Remember – the first vehicle in line, not the cleanest!

The “X” indicates the vehicle is acceptable to be cleaned. If marked with “L” – it is a Licensee Car. Move Licensee Cars to the appropriate staging area.

Circle the vehicle, inspecting for damage.

Use the Damage Template on the IR Pocket Card to measure body dents, scratches or windshield damage against our Damage Standards.

Next, inspect all four tires using a U.S. quarter to check tread depth, ensuring treads all measure at least 4 / 32nds of an inch.

On a U.S. quarter, if part of Washington’s head is covered by tread, you have adequate tread depth.

Make note of any chargeable damage, note any tires with unacceptable tread, and follow established procedures to deal with those vehicles. Stage the car in a designated area, or bring the car to the designated shop line.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
