The Jungle Book Animal Characters
We are looking for an adult female british voice over to narrate a mock wildlife documentary piece about the supporting animals featured in The Jungle Book. A voice that sounds like it could live in the world of a nature program, but still be upbeat and fun. They need to sound authoritative, but at the same time, playful to keep the piece driving.

Script Details

The Jungle… is filled with miraculous creatures. Both large… and small.

And in The Jungle Book, our beloved leading beasties...Bagheera, Shere Khan, Kaa, and Baloo…

...get a little back-up from over 60 additional species of animal life, each with their own unique tale to tell. Or two. Or...

...500! That’s how many individual primates appear in the film.

It is widely known that King Louie is a gigantopithecus, the largest genus of apes. But 8 other species also appear on screen, including 18 macaques, 12 langers, and 6 gibbons.

So many critters require a lot of grooming, digitally at least. Each monkey has around one million hairs. That’s half a billion hairs in some shots.

Not to mention 800 feathers on the peacock and over 1,800 quills on Ikki, the Indian Crested Porupine.

Say hello to the civet, kite, and flying squirrel. These classic creatures from the Kipling book, soar in their live action debuts.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
