SiMS analysis shows that for every dollar spent on activating all three Auto/Home No Life, Life Up-Sell and High Premium No/Life S-M-Ps, Agents made almost $14 in Premium. So, the more Life S-M-Ps you have activated, the more Premium you’ll bring in.
Dedicating just a few minutes to setup your S-M-Ps within SiMS will streamline your marketing efforts, help you better target your current and prospective customers, and increase your F-F-R activity.
Best Practice SMPs are pre-set in SiMS with creative pieces and touchpoints that have already been mapped out to maximize response rates. We recommend using Best Practice SMPs versus creating your own so there’s no extra time or effort required on your part.
Targeted List Ordering, also commonly referred to as T-L-O or T-low, are lists of customers or potential customers, which meet a pre-defined set of criteria that you can target using an SMP. These lists are system generated and updated so instead of having to spend time creating your own, you can use these quick lists that have been populated for you. Log into SiMS.
On the Main Menu in the left-hand navigation, click on the grey arrow next to Marketing Manager.
Next, click on Targeted List Ordering.
On this screen you will see several tabs titled In-book, Prospect and New Leads.
On the default In-book tab you can see that there are 272 Auto/Home No Life customers available. Consider the number of contacts you can reach within a week, month or quarter’s timeframe. As a rule of thumb, each producer should be able to follow-up with 20 recipients per week. Input 20 into the Desired Count column and then select the highlighted Review button.
