PROJECT: Our team over at Pocketbook.la is producing a small commercial for a real estate app that is designed to help connect agents and clients together in new and fresh ways. This app uses the power of video combined the personal touch so everyone has an honest sense of a home, neighborhood, and working relationship. STORY: Our story begins with Frank hard at work cleaning a show home in order to attract new customers. All his old methods of advertising never really panned out well. Until a voice in the sky, the narrator who Frank can hear, tells him a new real estate app is the answer.

-Like many real estate agents, Frank worked tirelessly to go the extra mile for his clients.
-And despite Frank's extraordinary effort, he wasn't generating more business. Bus benches, Social Media, Mailers…
-Frank tried everything.
-But little did Frank know… that the answer to all his problems was just around the corner.
-The answer was simple: Roofshoot.
-With Roofshoot, Frank could use the power of video to meet new clients, give tours of the neighborhood, and ultimately, sell more homes.
-Frank loved shooting the beautiful rooms of his listing. He began to consider himself quite the filmmaker.
-He could delightfully edit his clips into new videos- and choose themes from its carefully curated music library
-He eagerly shared Cool Spot and Neighborhood videos to give customers’ a local’s perspective of the neighborhood (...pause...) and he even recorded his own bio video to show potential clients what makes Frank, Frank.
