Amy, RSM: Hi Randall! Nice to see you.
Randall, Pharmacy Owner and Customer: Hello Amy. I’m so glad you’re here. Have you met my marketing consultant, Scott? Scott, this is Amy, our RSM.
Amy: Hey Scott, nice to meet you!
Scott: Hi Amy, you too.
Randall: I only have about 15 minutes to meet today, but there’s something Scott and I really want to talk to you about.
Amy: Of course, how can I help?
Randall: Well, to add new revenue to our business we recently started to offer multiple services for our pharmacy customers. And we thought we’d let the community know about it by doing some marketing.
Amy: I think that’s a fantastic idea.
Scott: We want to run ads in the newspaper and the city magazine, and are also thinking about trying some new ways to advertise, like posters at the senior center and maybe an ad at the local movie theater. But we want to do something that will really get some attention.
Randall: Yeah, Scott’s been working on a really cool campaign idea, and has been working on some original headlines. We want to feature photographs of our customers in the ads. But we’ve run into a hurdle — it’s going to cost a lot of money to hire a designer to do original designs, and we’re in kind of a hurry. We were wondering if you might have some resources for us.
Amy: Well Randall, as you know, we signed you up for the Marketing Hub, where you can access customizable marketing templates. Those would be the perfect way to do these ads and posters. Plus, we now have templates for movie theater ads, as well as, door hangers, ads for the back of grocery receipts, Val-Pak and Money Mailer ads and much more.
