Our Brand DNA 
We're looking for an excited, professional talent to lend their voice to our brand video. Someone who sounds warm, enthusiastic and personable without sounding too informal or, at the same time, too announcery. If you need an example of a happy medium, think Neil Patrick Harris.

In this video, you'll be responsible for introducing the core of our brand to new hires looking to learn more about what makes us tick. That said, it's a lot of information to cover, so the more engaging you can be, the better.


- For your audition, please read at least a minute of the attached script. That's about from the beginning to "There's deeper meaning in these words." If we like your audition, we'll contact you for a full read.

- This is a buyout project with an unlimited usage time.

Script Details

To deliver the ultimate restaurant and bar experience…
… we need to understand out customers.

But before we can do that, we need to understand… ourselves.

Though we’re comprised of more than one brand spread across many regions, we have a common thread that bonds us.

This is what we call our brand DNA.

Our DNA is comprised of three words that make up the inner core of our brands:



These words make up who were are, and they drive everything we do.

From our menu,

to our atmosphere,

and most importantly, the way we engage our guests. Because when we do it right…
…we convert our guests from customers of our brands… to followers of our brands.

So let’s break down our DNA.

There’s deeper meaning in these words.

Genuine – Reliable. Honest. Humility. Approachable. Proven. Bona fide. Real. Original. Welcoming.

Comfort – Well-being. Cozy. Empathetic. Enjoyment. Convenient. Relaxation. Safe. Warmth.

Communal – Community giving. Neighborly. Togetherness. Cooperation. Social.

It’s this DNA that informs the guiding principals that we live by – our core three values:

First… Providing fulfillment for our guests and team through empathy.

We’ve all led full lives and had our own unique experiences.

These experiences are what allow us to understand our guests and each other.

And we always use this understand to fulfill the needs of both our guests, and the people we work with.

The second, being reliable and welcoming.
