Script Details

In the long term and post-acute care profession, making a commitment to quality is about more than just meeting requirements.

Quality is about providing exceptional service and care to those we serve on a daily basis.

The program uses the criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence program to guide members through three progressive levels---Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

At each level, members use the criteria to evaluate their centers and obtain the expert feedback necessary for improvement and innovation.

The program’s continuous learning and development process is what our members value.

Bronze recipients lay the groundwork for improved performance by completing an extensive assessment to identify priorities and prepare for future goals.

Recipients at the Silver level achieve a significant milestone on their quality journey.

They outline systematic approaches, resulting in positive outcomes for their staff and those they serve.

Gold recipients represent an elite group of providers.

They accomplish exceptional performance by meeting the rigorous demands of the Baldrige Criteria.

Over time, Quality Award recipients achieve positive outcomes.

Recipients at the Silver and Gold levels achieve better quality measures, higher 5-star ratings and than the national average.

Our Quality Award recipients serve as role models for the profession.

Please join us in celebrating these remarkable leaders as they are rewarded for their steadfast dedication to the quality journey.

Congratulations to the 2016 AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award recipients!
