Project Main Details
The style is deep / pensive / epic / magical / intriguing.
The videos feature epic shots and lots of slow-motion. Each story goes over a Bible story from ancient times. The video shows kids playing a game on a table, and the table "activates" the story. It's like a game that takes over and puts the characters in the story. Think Jumanji. 2016-05-04 17:59:42 GMT 2016-05-05 10:00:00 (GMT -08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) Yes (click here to learn more about ) Closed 6 6 0 direct invitation(s) have been sent by the voice seeker resulting in 0 audition(s) and/or proposal(s) so far. That’s where Joshua’s story comes in.
Let’s have this story play out, and see what it has to teach us.
Joshua was the commander of a huge nation called the Israelites.
They camped out in the desert and had no home, but God took care of them.
Sadly, every nation around them was afraid and wanted them dead,
so Joshua was always one bad choice away from bringing his nation in danger.
His army had to fight and conquer every piece of land in front of them.
Thankfully, God helped them.
They followed God’s instructions to defeat the evil city of Jericho,
but God told them they couldn’t take any of the city’s riches.
And so the evil city of Jericho was defeated.
Next up was a small town called Ai.
But the battle went terribly wrong. Joshua’s army lost and fled back to camp.
The people lost all courage and Joshua did something he should’ve done before the battle: he asked God what to do.
God told him that it was Him who had not given the victory, because one person in the camp had sinned greatly.
He had taken riches from the city of Jericho, which God had commanded not to!
Joshua and the leaders had to punish the thief, and make sure things were right again.
Once they did that, they attacked Ai again,
and God gave them victory.
And so the city of Ai fell…
This short story teaches us that it’s important to first ask God before making any decision.
Ai was only a small town, but without God’s help, they couldn’t defeat it.
Jericho was huge, but with God’s help, they easily defeated it.
Anything worth doing, is done with God. Without God, we can’t do anything worth doing.
So how did the story end?
Well, Joshua’s people were able to find a great land and a few ages later,
it had a king called Salomon. He taught us the same lesson when he said, “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.
Unless the Lord watches the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.”
Now what do you think that means?
