But now we have Honeybot, the first educational family robot designed specially for young kids! Not only can it be a good company for your kids and help you with communication between you and kids, it can also attract kids with diverse designed scenes and activities to help kids gain knowledge and build good habits.
Distinguishing from similar products on the market, we have integrated AR technology into different interactive activities. For example, kids can draw a picture and then Honeybot will recognize the object and turn it into animation with educational explanation and music. Functions like this can help kids enjoy drawing even more and learn in a more interesting way.
There are a lot of other interesting and educational functions. We have prepared many flash cards of diverse objects. With AR technology, kids can show the flash cards to Honeybot and Honeybot will display the objects on the screen in 3D form with explanation to help kids learn and memorize better.
Parents are always concerned about how to help kids develop good habits. Honeybot was designed with a habit-forming system to help parents with this. Kids can keep a virtual pet with Honeybot. Like a real pet, it will get hungry, dirty, and tired. Kids, as the pet owners, will need to feed it, give it baths, and put it to bed according to different scenes. From interactions with the pet, kids will be able to form concepts about what and what not to do and gradually build good habits.
We have also selected a lot of fun and educating videos for kids. Parents can choose from those videos and send it up to Honeybot’s screen through the App on smart phones for kids to watch.
Not only the kids can enjoy the fun brought by Honeybot, but parents can also enjoy time with Honeybot. With Honeybot’s motion-sensing game system, parents can play motion-sensing games with kids and teach kids how to play table tennis, baseball or other outdoor sports at home. Honeybot helps you form a stronger bond with your kids easily.
In order to make Honeybot easy for every kid to use, we spent a lot of time on designing a simple yet attractive user interface.
We designed Honeybot not only to be an educational robot, but also to make communication between parents and kids more fun and effective. Thus, we developed the voice changer and video call functions. Parents can use the voice changing function with their smart phones and send it over to Honeybot. Honeybot will then play parents’ messages to kids with a funny voice. Even when parents are miles away, they can video call their kids and talk to them face to face.
Several founders of our team are fathers. This is why we care so much about the communication between parents and kids when they are growing up. We hope that Honeybot become the angel of your family by providing good company for your kids, helping you and your kids bond, and helping kids gain knowledge and develop good habits.
We spend a long time to design Honeybot. Considering the safety issues while using Honeybot, we only use the safest and most environmental-friendly materials to make Honeybot and we made it into more of a round shape without sharp angles. We have already finished R&D and small batch production. Now, we need your help and support to mass-produce Honeybot. Please support us and make Honeybot into reality.
