Project Main Details

Every Object Tells a Story
This is a recruiting campaign for the Boy Scouts of America, Heart of America Council. It is targeting mothers and prospective Cub Scouts, primarily. Executions will be short video narration (for online use and movie screen ads), and radio (broadcast only). 13 weeks. Thanks for considering this project, with its nonprofit budget! We are looking for a narrator voice, not like an "announcer" and not putting on a character, either. Realistic/natural voice. Think of yourself as an experienced, wise storyteller. BUDGET: The $100 is per script. We will be doing five scripts, two :15 video VOs, two :30 radio spots and one :30 video VO. So $500 total.

Script Details

30VO3: As camping gear goes, it’s a little old fashioned. But his Scout compass has been there for all the great moments. The day he got his nickname. The meteor shower night. Finding the beaver ponds. And when they were lost? It got them back to camp. … Sometimes tried and true is better than new. Just like Scout values.

30VO: It’s not the fastest car. But it’s the first thing he ever built with his dad. He got to use tools and pick out the colors. And when the “Blue Blazer” finished in the middle of pinewood derby pack, his dad said, “We’ll get ’em next year, buddy,” and got him ice cream. He’ll keep her forever. Just like the Scout values.
