EmoTrak intro ZD679878
Voiceover that will accompany a one minute video on a web site. The video will introduce people to a tool for tracking emotions called EmoTrak. At this point, I would really like to know how much this will potentially cost but there doesn't seem to be away of figuring that out until after the fact. The video will be produced in the next two weeks.

[EMOTRACK LOGO SEQUENCE] When a new product or services is being tested, one the metrics that is hardest to collect is people’s emotions. How do they feel about using the product and how did that feeling change during their interaction? EmoTrak is an Agile tool designed to help researchers and designers better understand how and when people form an emotional reaction by providing user with an easy way to report their feelings.
By looking at peoples emotions at various points during usage, It can reveal the overall reaction as well as the inflection points where people go from being delighted to being frustrated and vice versa. It can be used in a variety of research methods such as usability tests, focus groups, and longitudinal studies. You don’t need to download any apps because it is cloud-based. Here’s how it works.
First, you set up a project using our online tool. As part of the project, you will define the moments where you want to get peoples feedback. These can take the form of questions or phases of the project. For example, you might have moment you defined as “Initial Impression” and another called “First Use” or you might have questions such as “How did this interaction make you feel?” . You can add a many as you like. Once you set up your project, you are ready to go. You can use a laptop or tablet to collect the date. You just let the user know when it it time to respond and with one touch, their feeling is recorded. Once they make a selection, the the next question is hidden until you tell them to answer again After you’ve collected all the responses, you can look results via the analytics page. The analytics page will let you quickly spot patterns and outliers. You can also look at individual responses. The data can be exported for integration with larger reports. Incorporate emotrak into your next research project.
