Project Main Details

eLearning The Account Based Approach 
This is an interactive sales training module, presented internally to employees of a pharmaceutical company. The program will be primarily video on green-screen, following a professional representative as she begins to apply what she has learned in a training session to her real-life account challenges. There are two primary voice-over characters needed.

1. Woman Narrator [Middle Aged, Educated, Distinctive] - 5-10 minutes
A knowledgable Voice-Over Announcer to introduce segments and comment on the learning progress of the video character.

2. Man Training Instructor [Middle Aged, Experienced, Confident] - 20 minutes (approx)
A knowledgable Voice-Over to act as if he is presenting slides about the Account-Based Approach to employees in a sales training class. The voice-over will be heard, while students look at the slides on a computer screen.

This project needs to be recorded quickly, therefore we will make our casting recommendations to the client this week and ask you to be available to record next week. We prefer you record at your own studio and provide us with basic edits of the files so we may edit them at our facility. You may provide as many takes or alternate reads as you like.

I do not know if the client wants to listen during recording. Let me know if you have a phone patch available.

We prefer to receive your final files recorded as .WAV files, uncompressed sampled at 24-bit, 48.00 kHz. Please let us know if you differ from that format.

File delivery should be via our ShareFile Server (or your own service), which we can coordinate when you are hired.

The budget range is to give you flexibility in your proposal. The Woman Narrator will read approximately 1/2 the copy of the Man Training Instructor. If we accept your proposal, you can submit an invoice via email.

Finally, payment terms. I want to be clear and up front about this. I have worked here for 15-years and paid every vendor in full. It simply takes longer than many people like. I approve your invoice and it goes into our accounts payable system. Typical payment terms for an invoice have recently been 60-75 days. If you have questions or concerns, contact me directly and I will inquire, but I can not speed this process. I hope this information does not discourage you from submitting an audition.

Taking a few minutes to think through valuing and prioritizing your accounts is well worth the effort down the line.
