Project Main Details

Education Video for Production Water Loading
This is a series of education/training videos for persons who load water trucks. It contains a series of safety practices as well as a step by step process for the best practices on how to load and unload the trucks. The script will ultimately be broken up into 3 videos. The client would like the voice to be informative, engaging and attentive - since its relatively lengthy needs to keep the viewers attention. The videos currently have a scratch audio track so they would like to keep the pacing similar.

The video sections can be seen here with the current scratch track audio:
01 Prior to Arrival

02 Loading Site Arrival

03 Loading

04 Site Departure after Loading

05 Injection Site Arrival

06 Injection Facility Offloading

Script Details

VO: Production water loading and unloading comes with many variables—some of which could potentially result in harmful spills.

VO: When loading or unloading with Antero Resources, there are a few things to first keep in mind.

VO: First, please read site specific instructions, locate the ESD and locate the primary muster area.

VO: Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking and muster area.

VO: Be aware that transfer must be halted immediately if any unsafe act is identified.

VO: If any emergency or unusual circumstance arises, call the Antero Emergency number immediately.

VO: Stop work authority is the authority given to everyone to immediately stop or slow work during an observed risk behavior or unsafe condition.

VO: Follow the chain of command except in an imminent danger situation.

VO: The operation at hand is the only operation needing to be stopped, except when other operations are in jeopardy.

VO: Negative repercussions toward a stop work will not be tolerated.

VO: Each stop work should be reported to the ESSC or Antero Operations Representative.

VO: Antero expects that you will not spill a single drop of fluid from any hose, pump, valve or connection.

VO: If any liquid spills into the secondary tank containment or onto the well pad surface, you must immediately contact your supervisor.

VO: Do not start the truck or allow other possible ignition sources within one hundred feet.

VO: When you’re ready to begin, first make sure your truck is compatible for the product being loaded.

VO: The truck must have valid and proper permit numbers and letters affixed to its tank and the truck must be placarded for the material being loaded.

VO: All trucks must have required equipment, such as an authorized hose, buckets, clean-up materials, secondary retention restraints, traffic cone, specified through directive.

VO: All drivers must ensure that all required PPE and safety equipment is worn and utilized at all times.

VO: This includes properly worn FR clothing, safety toed footwear, personal LEL monitor, safety glasses, hard hat, Metacarpal, approved gloves and face shield.

VO: Please ensure cell phones, lighters and any additional ignition sources stay in the cab, with the exception of the gas monitor.

VO: Utilize 3 points of contact when entering or exiting the truck

VO: Install restraints and secondary retention on all camlock ears before beginning transfer.
