VO: When loading or unloading with Antero Resources, there are a few things to first keep in mind.
On Screen: PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
VO: First, please read site specific instructions, locate the ESD and locate the primary muster area.
VO: Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking and muster area.
VO: Be aware that transfer must be halted immediately if any unsafe act is identified.
VO: If any emergency or unusual circumstance arises, call the Antero Emergency number immediately.
VO: Stop work authority is the authority given to everyone to immediately stop or slow work during an observed risk behavior or unsafe condition.
VO: Follow the chain of command except in an imminent danger situation.
VO: The operation at hand is the only operation needing to be stopped, except when other operations are in jeopardy.
VO: Negative repercussions toward a stop work will not be tolerated.
VO: Each stop work should be reported to the ESSC or Antero Operations Representative.
VO: Antero expects that you will not spill a single drop of fluid from any hose, pump, valve or connection.
VO: If any liquid spills into the secondary tank containment or onto the well pad surface, you must immediately contact your supervisor.
VO: Do not start the truck or allow other possible ignition sources within one hundred feet.
VO: When you’re ready to begin, first make sure your truck is compatible for the product being loaded.
VO: The truck must have valid and proper permit numbers and letters affixed to its tank and the truck must be placarded for the material being loaded.
VO: All trucks must have required equipment, such as an authorized hose, buckets, clean-up materials, secondary retention restraints, traffic cone, specified through directive.
VO: All drivers must ensure that all required PPE and safety equipment is worn and utilized at all times.
VO: This includes properly worn FR clothing, safety toed footwear, personal LEL monitor, safety glasses, hard hat, Metacarpal, approved gloves and face shield.
VO: Please ensure cell phones, lighters and any additional ignition sources stay in the cab, with the exception of the gas monitor.
VO: Utilize 3 points of contact when entering or exiting the truck
VO: Install restraints and secondary retention on all camlock ears before beginning transfer.
