Project Main Details
Overall sound should be polished, professional, corporate. The client is conservative. That said, the voice should have an ebb and flow about it; energy, inflection and engagement is important but don't over-dramatize. Also, the narration needs to be delivered almost as if you are "one of the boys." Although the narrator is never identified as a former F&I manager, most of the narration was written by such a person. It might be helpful to think of yourself as this kind of shirt-sleeves, down to earth, corporate professional. The approach is conversational.
The final script will be provided with recording to occur in late February or March. Talent to provide final, polished and completed files including elimination of breathing sounds.

Clip 2: "But there are still a number of characteristics that make an *** office feel intimidating and confrontational. Let's see if you can identify them. Click on the five objects in this screen that still decorate many F&I offices today - and reduce your production and income, and your customer's loyalty. You have six clicks to find the five most unhelpful ************************ characteristics and still get the answer correct. If you click correctly, the object will stay highlighted, but don't click a highlighted object a second time."
Clip 3: "Let's look again at what Dave accomplished when he set expectations. He stated three responsibilities:
• Confirm the accuracy of the paperwork,
• Ask a few questions to save you time with funding, and
• Review the limited factory warranty.
You might have noticed that the first letter in each of the three responsibilities spell the word ***.
This mnemonic is a simple way to remember the order and you should memorize this acronym and what it means. Highly successful managers use this technique every day. Take a moment to memorize this now before you click Next.
Clearly setting expectations, by sharing the three responsibilities of *** with the customer, demonstrates your competence and puts the customer at ease. This behavior contributes to increased customer loyalty, enhanced customer satisfaction, and improved production. Plan to make it a part of your workflow."
