Project Main Details

eLearning College Hire Screening
This is an eLearning course for managers at the company who need to know about our hiring & selection processes & tools for college hires. The narrator will describe the tools & processes through about 36 screens of an eLearning module.

We want to avoid narrators that have that big "radio promo" voice, and instead have a more "down to earth" voice quality.

We need to have the audio files delivered to us in uncompressed WAV format and the files must be in final edited form. Files should be edited as one audio file per screen.

You must provide the audio files to us either via your own FTP site or using a web-based file-sharing service such as YouSendIt.

Script Details

For consideration, please provide sample reads of BOTH snippets below.

Snippet #1:
As someone involved in the selection of college-hire jobs you understand how important it is to hire high performing individuals. Finding the right person for the job is always a challenge.

This program will introduce you to a tool called the Power Screening Assessment that, along with a structured selection process, can help you select the people who are more likely to be successful in the job.

Snippet #2:
There are three phases to Liberty Mutual’s selection process.
In the Screening Phase you’ll screen candidates who meet the Minimum Qualifications and select strong applicants for interviews.
During the Evaluation Phase you’ll evaluate strong applicants through interviews, testing, or simulations.
And in the final phase, Hiring Decision, you’ll compare applicants, make a hiring decision, conduct a background check and make a job offer.
In this training, we’ll focus on the newest addition to the Screening phase - the College-hire Power Screening Assessment.

Let’s take a closer look at the selection process.
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
