Project Main Details

Corporate Web Series Promo
Narration for internal presentation promoting upcoming series of 3M Cogent fingerprint analysis technology showcase videos. This first project is a low budget project as the narration track is used on short (:60) promo video only. If the series is launched, the same voice will be used on the series of short fully produced videos showcasing how 3M Cogent fingerprint analysis technology is used to solve crimes around the world. The tone of this internal promo video is akin to a TV series promo (engaging, high energy, but with a sophistication of 3M, not the over the top movie trailer approach). More of a high energy documentary, with just a little bit of sizzle... all within the tone of the innovative science behind 3M.

3M Cogent Web Series Internal Promo

VO: Every day, around the world, dedicated people are working behind the scenes…using science to solve crimes.

And every year, 3M Cogent recognizes these heroes by presenting the
“Hit of the Year Award”…

…given for outstanding achievement using 3M technology to solve complex criminal cases.

Like this bank robbery in northern Ohio, where the suspect passed a note to the teller saying, “Keep Smiling. And hand over all your cash.”

Once she had the cash, she and two others quickly fled.

But did she leave any evidence in the way of fingerprints…on a bank counter touched by hundreds of customers?

Could she be identified before any prints degraded? And before she could rob another bank?

Can’t wait to find out?

Stay tuned for our first CUGI Hit of the Year video where a very smart Forensic Analyst in Painesville, Ohio tells her story involving a partial palm print, 3M Technology and the Automated Fingerprint Identification System.

Spoiler Alert:
3M Cogent, is known for delivering fast, accurate, sophisticated, biometric identification solutions for law enforcement agencies worldwide.

So in this story, the good guys win.
See for yourself on May 31st.

That’s 3M Science. Applied to life.
