Taking his business to the Cloud, so that he can communicate better, and faster.
First, Ned sits down with his Human Resource and Customer Support teams.
Then sends them off to onboard new employees and respond to customer problems.
Next, HR Ned goes back to his office and sends off an email to all of the incoming new hires with a link to their personalized Retrieve digital library that houses their “Employee Onboarding App.”
