Capacity Building 
This animated video focuses on the Child Welfare Capacity Building Collaborative and how they use capacity building to improve outcomes for children and families.

We are looking for VO talent – Specifically a woman, ages 40-60 of various ethnicities. Prefer a native american voice if available. All accents/voices should be authentic.

Tone should be empowering, inspirational and informative.
