Project Main Details

Announcer Healthcare Worker Training
This is for for talents with SOURCE CONNECT, ipDTL, or ISDN ONLY. The client will be attending the session in our studio. This is casting the Announcer part for a healthcare worker training module set. You will weave in and out of role-play parts recorded by actors. Looking for a bright and friendly voice that can carry and add sparkle to relatively dry copy. This will be used to instruct workers at an assisted living or nursing home facility how to interact with residents, family members, or prospects. The module set is called "Hometown Hospitality" and that's a good description of the mood for the read.

Script Details

Hometown Hospitality has a lot to do with saying the right things. This course will help you practice some of the right things to say, helping people feel welcome, smooth ruffled feathers, or just to let people know that you’re a warm and caring professional.

Let’s start with the telephone.
First, it’s important we answer the telephone before it rings three times. When our phones ring it may be a family member concerned about their loved one, or it may be someone calling for information about the residence.

Just before you answer the phone, put a big smile on your face. Then say, “Thank you for calling Spring Arbor, how may I help you?”
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
