We take a more lightweight approach in explaining just what happens through the use of animated illustration coupled with voiceover. It should have a bit of wit, conversational, guy next door, little quirky.

(partial script) Everybody loves to laugh, but what if a hearty chuckle at the latest comedy causes you to squirt a little urine? Yeah, we know it’s gross, but it happens. It’s called stress urinary incontinence and it’s more common than you think.
Don't blame yourself, blame your naturally aging body: What happen’s is the nerves and structures that hold things in place degenerate over time. The result? A burst of laughter, a cough, or a sneeze, can, well, make you pay more attention to those adult diaper commercials than you ever imagined you would.
But, no need to go there yet, here’s what you can do to stay dry.
First, pee often. If you normally hit the loo every five hours, go every three. This leaves less liquid to leak from your bladder.
Next, squeeze and please. Contract the muscles in your pelvis like you do when trying to stop your urine midstream. Do this for 10 seconds, 10 contractions, 10 times a day to strengthen your urinary sphincter muscles. Then squeeze like this when you cough or sneeze to stay dry..........
