Narration for a 2.5-hour, technically-oriented, Web-based course for military personnel on backhoe operations.
We will provide the script for the entire narration. The course is written at an 8th- to 10th grade reading level. Approximately eight pages of narration are assessment question feedbacks.
The audience for this course are military personnel, primarily early to mid-twenties, with high-school education and technical training.
The standard for the files are audio are mp3 files with a 96kbps bit rate; Channels: 1 (mono); and Audio sample rate: 44 kHz.
Five days upon completion of the MSA and resource contract. Client (AF) must approve talent, so anticipate the start date of this project to be 12/15/09 (or thereabouts).

We would prefer talent that is willing to sign a master services agreement and resource contract with************************* and invoice upon delivery of the final audio files.
Additional work in the form of pick ups and a second course is
