Nike recognized Windowseat when they wanted to launch their new snowboard boot design by two-time Olympic medalist snowboarder Danny Kass. Nike’s brief was filled with space inspired images of rockets, shuttles, and the moon. We created an original digital series that sent Danny Kass and Champ the chimpanzee to train for mission 82 engaging audiences of both Danny and Nike. Windowseat became the first company in history to send a snowboarder to space and sales of Nike’s boots skyrocketed.
For the past ten years Vans has counted on Windowseat to create impactful youth culture and action sports content across all media platforms. Our history of creating commercials and tv shows for their proprietary events has evolved to broadcasting live web casts and digital content for their Off The Wall channel. In surfing there is no event as prestigious as the Vans Triple Crown. We produce an 11-day webcast creating daily content that we integrate into their social media platforms as well as producing a companion television show for international markets. Our live event webcasts has reached over 10.4 million unique streams and our content received an unprecedented audience engagement across multiple platforms with over 200 million and counting.
Quiznos tapped Windowseat as their creative digital agency to help them get into pop culture conversation through compelling shareable content reaching young adult males. We manage their social media, develop sweepstakes, user generated contests, local store marketing, and digital media buys. We also created and launched their own digital platform - Toasty.tv, an entertainment hub for all things toasty.
When Mattel struck a partnership with LucasFilms to produce limited edition Hot Wheels die cast character cars, they were inspired by the most sinister and iconic villian from the Star Wars film trilogy: Darth Vader.
As the agency for the Hot Wheels brand, our team collaborated with Hot Wheels and LucasFIlms to develop an anthemic –like automotive launch video worthy of the Sith Lord- while speaking to the brand’s strategic approach of “Bringing imagination to reality.
So with the support of Lucas Films, and help from one of the most sinister villains in the Galaxy, Hot Wheels and Windowseat captured the hearts, minds and wallets of Star Wars fans around the globe.
And helped Hot Wheels create their own empire.”
