Project Main Details

Voting in the House
Looking for someone that is friendly, upbeat and personable for a new cast type presentation. This will be a narration for a political informational video speaking about voting in the House and Senate. The topic will be geared towards a younger age group (roughly 4th graders). This narration will mimic a real life voting situation with topics that fit the age group level we are looking to reach. Looking for the voice over narration to sound professional, not a narration that sounds as though we are speaking to a young group of individuals. These students will have a chance to vote on a few different topics. One being: longer school year (something along these lines). This person will need to have a strong, but sensitive voice that would sound like someone you would hear in a breaking news broadcast.... for someone that is friendly, upbeat and personable for a new cast type presentation.

***custom demo required***
Welcome to the floor Junior Legislators, we are pleased you made it to today’s session to cast your vote. In Pennsylvania both the House of Representatives and Senate hear arguments, participate in debates, and vote separately on bills that might one day become a law. This is a sample of how the process works. Representative Kramer and Senator Pettis have brought legislative bill 1776 to the floor. It’s a bill that will make your school years longer. This is an important proposal that could affect all school students in Pennsylvania. Now you’ll hear both sides and get a chance to cast your vote.
BREAKING NEWS from the Pennsylvania State Capitol.
Now, here’s the vote. You’ve heard the debate… Both sides had a chance to express what they think and report on the research they put into their decision. Now it’s up to you!
If you think we should have longer school years vote yes. If you disagree vote No.
The votes are in, the bill passes!
The votes are in, the bill has failed!
Now see how your vote stacks up!
