With Wisely, you’ll receive a push notification the moment one a VIP walks in to your restaurant - with no action from the guest required. When you swipe the push notification, you’ll be taken to the guest’s profile on Wisely. Their profile contains information that helps you identify the guest personalize their experience, including a picture of their face, name, and status level [light ping on the video]. The profile also shows how many times the guest has been in, the date of their last visit, and how far they are away from the next status tier [light ping]. As the guests earn status and earn benefits, you can blow them away by redeeming one of their benefits without them having to ask. You can take notes on the the guest. “Mike and his wife, Jen, had a baby boy named Cameron in May!” Plus, you can see the feedback the guest has given in the past. Wisely Guest Intelligence takes the work out of managing customer relationships, so you can focus on what matters - making guests happy.
