Specifications:
- Course is 42,000 words (divided into 5 chapters with approximately 3-5 Sections per chapter)
- Material consist of driving laws and rules of the road.

Requirements:
- Produce .MP3 Sound (Voice Overs) Files (44.1 Hz) for each section of the course
- Be able to re-record a section when there is an update to the course (happens once a year with 1-3 sections that are modified)
