Project Main Details

Voice over for Tale
This is a tale that my father used to tell. I would like it recorded in an audiobook format (mp3, wav, etc.). I can convert in other formats later.

The objective is simple. I am going to try to sell the tale as a bedside story you can play on an Ipod as a bedtime story.

This is a initial project to evaluate viability of producing other tales audiobooks.

Script Details

Below is the first paragraph of the tale. The full page will be sent to the talent awarded the project.

You may use a few lines if submitting an audition. If not a prior audiobook sample of your work may suffice.

"John was one of five children who grew up in a modest home. Like any family there were times that life was easy and some times life was hard. One thing he always noted was that his father would always do the same thing when he was coming home. He would stop near a tree in front of the house, touch his left should with his right hand and then touch the tree, almost like he was hanging something there. He would then walk home, open the door a big smile in his face, kiss his Mom on the cheek and hug in and his siblings. When he was leaving the house, he would stop near the tree and then touch his shoulder again and then go to work."
Please note that you should only use the script or your recording of it for auditioning purposes. The script is property, unless otherwise specified, of the voice seeker and it is protected by international copyright laws.
