I bet you don’t know which animal is the one that can carry the heaviest weight on its back and never complains? It’s the good hearted donkey. Whatever the temperature is, cold or hot it can carry any weight around with out problems and that’s because it eats lots of mandarins.
Fruits such as mandarins, oranges, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruits, lemons or lime contain loads of vitamin C and that is why they are called citrus fruits.
And how do you eat them? They’re delicious fresh, as juices, cut in little peaces in a fruit salad, in a milkshake; cooked compote or marmalade. There are lots of ways you can eat them.
Citrics are very nutritious and rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre.
If you eat citrics you’ll be able to fight colds, improve your immune system and increase your energy for the day, plus you will grow fit and strong.
So now you know, eat 3 peaces of fruit a day to have energy and grow strong.

This is the stained rabbit. Back in it its own country they call it “the athlete”. Do you know why? Because it’s able to run and jump very long distances without getting tired. Why doesn’t it get tired if it does so much exercise? Well it’s because he eats lots of rice.
This cereal, that comes in the form of a grain, comes from the far East, though now a days it’s one of the most important signs of life in the greatest part of the communities around the world. It’s one of the basic nourishments on the planet and it’s been used for a very long time.
There are many kinds of rice. There are various sizes of grain, color and flavors.
And how can you eat it? Well, you can eat it boiled, accompanied by pulses; steamed, with vegetables; stewed, with meat; cooked in the oven, with fish; or as paella with delicious shellfish. Anyway you cook it, it tastes really good. Eat Healthy, Be healthy.
