We would like a level of authenticity. If the voice talent is too polished and professional sounding, it can diminish credibility.
We do not need a particular accent, but need this to sound natural.
The tone of the presentation is coaching, explaining how his people do things, and providing clarity to a concept.
We have a working draft of the script and could provide a complete draft by February 10. The final version would be provided on February 16, with a short turnaround, delivering audio files by the end of the day on February 18.
We will require audio files in a lossless format such as 16bit .wav. Due to file sizes, we will require that the talent provide a file sharing service to deliver the files.

Script: Hi, welcome to Understanding Talent Review. I’m <>, an operations manager. The front line managers in my organization – just like you – are thinking about Talent Review. I’ve given them some background to help them understand how Talent Review fits into the rest of their management efforts.

Talent Review is something all ************** managers do every year, so this may not be your first year entering talent review ratings. If you have submitted Talent Review ratings before, you know that the system end of things is easy. Sometimes, though, my managers have asked how to use Talent Review or how it ties in to the larger picture.
I’ll address questions in the next ten minutes. I’ll
describe the ratings, help you understand when to choose one rating versus another, and show you how effective managers use Talent Review information.
