The VO work is for an exercise DVD. We already have the DVD in English and want to also make a Spanish version. So we need a narrative, instructional, clear voice. The voice should have a positive but not an excited tone. A lower pitched female voice is preferred over high pitch.

Welcome to the ***************** program. This routine is to lift your breasts and tone your arms. Just stay with it for a few weeks to see amazing results.
In this introductory chapter, we will step you through the four exercises that you do with your ********.
The exercises are graded into 3 levels
Level one consists of doing each of the 4 exercises 10 times. Level 2 : 20 times. Level 3 : 30 times
You will be starting the program by doing a 2 minute warm-up and ending with a 2 minute stretch and relax exercise.
Begin at level one, then when this seems too easy and you are not experiencing any discomfort or muscle soreness beyond normal muscle fatigue, move up to the next one.
For best results, work out at your comfort level routine 5 days of the week.
Also if you experience too much muscle fatigue in keeping up, pause the DVD, take a break, and then come back to it. You will improve quickly over time when you stay with this program.
