I have a product that needs to be explained how to use. I have 14 different 2 minute sections that need to be read along with a screen shot of the workbook that needs to be produced.

If you can read the information, we can create the screenshots that go along with the voiceover.

Step 4
Now we will get to the heart of iTRAC - The Weekly Success Report.

This report has been used by thousands of sales reps with remarkable results because it tracks the most important part of your sales -

The Activity which creates the sales.

Look at page 4, the Weekly Success Report on the left side. Start by putting the Start Date and End Date.

Note: Always start your week on Monday and end it on Sunday even if you just purchased it in the middle of the week.

This will keep the book consistent.

Step 5
Next; put your weekly goals in the column for each activity. These are the goals that you intend on hitting that week. These are not your wishes or your vision goals. Be real with yourself, set goals that you believe that you can achieve.

1. Make them attainable for you based on your schedule
2. Make them believable - you must believe that you can hit them
3. Make them challenging enough - So that you have to stretch to hit them

This is the most important step because it sets the tone for you entire week.

Step 6
Now everything starts with getting New Prospects. You want to always have a plan for obtaining new people who have an interest in your products and services.

Note: A prospect is NOT a person or company that you have their name or number that you received on some list of some sort. A prospect is someone that you have spoken to or who has inquired with you about your products or services.

You may have met them in person or on the phone, bought a list, sent them an email and they responded or whole host of others methods but they know about what you do and are open to look into it.

Decide how many prospects you intend to get this week and put that number in the # of New Prospects box.
