Training Application Voice Needed 
We have developed a training application for walking through a procedure for perfoming a maintanence application. We are looking for someone to be the voice of the training application. This covers overview section, Roles and Responsibilities and Step by Step Procedure.

We are looking for a quick turn around and would like the audio to be complete by friday. We may have revisions for future once customer reviews final presentation. So please take that into account.

Script Details

Custom demo required 
During the course of a single running year, a LM2500 gas turbine engine might ingest several billion pounds of air containing airborne contaminants. These contaminants include soils, fibers, insects, herbicides, insecticides, soot, corrosive chemicals, pollutants, etc.

Most contaminants pass through the
compressor and are combusted.

However, some contaminants combine with moisture and internally emitted lubricants and then adhere to the airfoil surfaces, which disturb the airflow and creates friction. The accumulation of these contaminants can have a profound effect on the efficiency of the engine; they reduce the compressibility of the ingested air mass which in turn lowers the pressure ratios and increases operating temperatures.

Periodic removal of accumulated contaminants from airfoils of axial flow compressors is required for sustained operating efficiency.

The most effective and commonly
used cleaning method is the off-line water wash


Measure the outside air temperature with a handheld thermometer by clicking the handheld thermometer in the scene.


Before commencing with water wash we must first service the starter

Loosen the relief valve and back it out until the threads disengage. Carefully lift it straight out of the port.


Disconnect the compressor discharge pressure line to the fuel control and cap it.

Please select the compressor discharge line in the simulation window.
