Project Main Details

Tongue in cheek announcer Underage Drinking
You represent all the moms out there who take pride in annoying their kids. Feel free to go over-the-top. Or very dry. Or gleeful. Definitely tongue-in-cheek. Playing it straight won't get you anywhere. The spot will probably run for about a year. It will also be posted on the client's website.
We originally auditioned men for this. Our Creative Director thinks a woman could make it even better. Please help us prevent underage drinking.

Annoying your child can be one of the most rewarding parts of being a parent.

“That look” they gave when you insisted they hold your hand while crossing the street.

The “stink eye” when you handed them a helmet to go with their new skateboard.

The sheer disgust when you monitored their internet usage.

And the absolute mortification when you followed them around the shopping mall.

Well, now it’s time to annoy your children even more.

Research shows alcohol affects a teenager’s developing brain differently than an adult’s. Memory, learning and impulse control can be impaired by underage drinking. And the risk of alcohol addiction goes up dramatically.

So talk to your kids about the dangers of underage drinking, and set clear rules about no alcohol use.

You’ll annoy them now. But they’ll thank you later… Much, much later.
