Project Main Details
For the second book trailer I need a voice for one of my main characters. He's 21 but has been alive for 350 years living in the form of a tiger. He speaks several languages. His father was Indian, his mother Tibetan. He's smooth, sexy, a poet. He sings and plays the guitar. He is also fluent in English and has a slight accent that is meant to be seductive rather than comical.
For the woman I only need one line which is "I love you, Ren" in Hindi but she is an American girl saying the words around age 18.

Mr. Kadam voice-over
Note: all the characters should be either in profile, darkened, shadowed, or viewed from behind
(Haunting music, Picture of a young Indian man wearing robes from centuries ago. Profile, dignified, walking on sand or desert. Same man in different places, ie jungle, modern city wearing a business suit again in profile, music changes from old to modern style of India and Europe)
“We had sought her for centuries.”
“There were times I believed it was my fate to fail. The answers…eluded me.”
(Man kneeling before a deathbed or at the foot of a throne)
“But I could not abandon my duty.”
“In the end…we did not find her. She found us.”
(Picture of a girl pressing her hands through the bars of a cage. White tiger inside if possible. Girl in profile or from behind, dark hair, sweet melody)
“How providential that it should work that way.”
“I had my doubts when I first saw her.”
(Girl with braids, dark hair sitting on a bale of hay, age 18, zoom in slowly)
“She seemed so…fragile. So young. So alone.”
“But we needed her.”
(Girl’s hand raised, palm out like “stop” signal. It glows red from inside. Flash of white light from center of palm radiates out toward the camera until whole screen turns white, sound effects of lightning, thunder, crackling energy builds then crescendos)
“So we took her anyway.”
(Private jet, lavish, interior in black, chrome, metallic, empty leather seats, airplane sounds take off, rumble of jets)
“Not knowing what she would come to mean to us.”
(Three men, father figure in the middle lean but older, and two grown sons, all dark haired, walking from behind, good builds, or in shadow, backs to the camera)
“What she would mean…to him.”
(Blue eyes of handsome man with face in shadow only eyes clear, fades to white)
(Fast jungle type music, safari or chase style starts off slow then builds faster and faster to a crescendo. Images flash building speed, faster and faster. Images of ruins, Durga, Fanindra, Jeep, circus, ring leader, beautiful home, scarves, monkeys, people of India, etc. Images go faster and faster perhaps repeating until the final image of the cover pic stays which fades to show just the eyes and then the entire screen goes white.
Book Trailer 2
Images—dungeons, prisons, a red dress, woman’s long dark hair, man in a cage, hand touching forehead, rope on fire, water or ice putting out fire, man embracing woman, smiling woman’s face fading to darkness as if a picture dropped in a fountain of water fades, still want a tiger in there somewhere.
Sound effects—a woman saying “Mujhe Tumse Pirari, Ren.” Torture screams? Evil laugh, tiger roar. Scary sad music interspersed with good love music. Voice is Ren so need to find a strong young male Indian with a barely discernable accent with maybe a girl voicing for Kelsey in the one part.
Captions-I’d like all the words to be captioned.
“Lao Tzu said, ‘Love is of all passions the strongest, for it attacks simultaneously the head, the heart and the senses.’”
That must have been true because every part of my body was in pain when we were apart.
When I closed my eyes, I almost felt her hair against my cheek. Take a deep breath, and I’d smell her peaches and cream scent.
If my abused body relaxed enough so that I could sleep, I’d see her so clearly in my dreams that I’d reach out to touch her.
I imagined whispered words of love that plagued me with impossible promises. Even imprisonment and torture couldn’t overwhelm my thoughts of her.
In this shadowy hell, I felt a cool touch on my forehead.
A voice promised me an end to suffering, a darkening of my mind that would protect me and the one I loved.
Hesitating only a moment, I nodded and felt a cold numbness spread through my mind.
The pain and the passion twisted into a fiery rope and were extinguished by the cold.
Tenaciously, desperately, I clung to that last thread, pinching its warmth between my fingers.
With a clip, the thread was cut, and her beloved face faded into oblivion.
