Script Details
YesN/A Partial script for audition:
************ has drawn upon over 50 years of experience in industrial gas production and application technologies to develop our thermal spray cooling technology to meet your needs. Our technology is a patented cryogenic cooling system that can help you achieve tighter temperature control of your parts during the thermal spray coating process, while improving productivity, and reducing your powder and gas costs.
Our system uses a mixture of cryogenic liquid and ambient temperature gaseous nitrogen to control the coating and substrate temperature. It consists of a nozzle that can be mounted near the thermal spray gun on the robotic arm, temperature sensors and a control box with multiple cooling lines. During application, the cryogenic vapor jet follows the spray plume to maintain the part’s temperature within the specified range. This system can also be used in conjunction with your current compressed air cooling. The modular system can be set up quickly with HVOF or plasma coating processes for both ID and OD work.
