I need a middle-aged man with a deep rich voice and "matter of fact" delivery to read the opening and closing lines of the short film. I'd like it to sound pretty raw in that I'd like to hear the breaths of the VO artist.
The opening lines are: "The tape recorder was off and my notebook was put away so I cannot say here what he said word for word, but I remember the most important part..."
And are to be read in 15 seconds.
The closing lines are: "I remember the most important part... He told me that I was lucky (beat), that what you need to succeed in this world is a father who believes in you (beat), and that boy told me... a father believed in him."
And are to be read in 19 seconds.
Ultimately, the two are one continuous quote that is just split up by a short film sequence.
