Jingle based. Need the talent to rap the slogan and deliver VO narration. Rap and voice need to appeal to large audience - think Z100 not DMX. Scratch voice on supplied sample is a good approximation of inflection and tone.

Prefer NY based talent so that they can come to our place to record, but will keep others with personal studios in mind as a backup.

Client usually tests spots in small markets and then runs regional or national depending on how well the spot tests. Voice work is based on a non-union buyout.
