Although not all DC CD&I solutions require force structure or equipment solutions, those that do are identified and tracked in TFSMS [tiff smiss].
TFSMS was developed by the DC CD&I Total Force Structure Division as the authoritative source for all Marine Corps force structure data.
There are two groups of TFSMS users: non-transactional and transactional. The majority of TFSMS users are non-transactional and use TFSMS to view TO&E-related data.
Transactional users, also known as Super users, maintain TFSMS data by submitting TO&E Change Requests, or TOECRs [tokers]. A workflow process manages the review and approval of TOECRs.
