If you convey materials you have many choices.

Give me 2 minutes and 43 seconds – I’ll show you our gentle way to convey – it’s energy-efficient, quiet, dust-free and easy to maintain.

OK – lets go take a look.

With grated and pneumatic inlets you can meter materials into the system with minimal breakage.

This is good for your friable products like whole bean coffee, almonds and pistachios and materials like titanium dioxide to name a few – and we’ve actually moved hundreds more.

Our cable has discs mounted permanently on coated stainless steel cable – capable of crane duty!

Our discs are solid! No cracks or crevices – so there’s no place to accumulate material in. This means less cleaning for you.

Each system has a drive unit with a sprocket (like this) – which pulls the discs and cable toward it with your materials in tow.

We use S E W Variable Frequency Drive Units with sealed bearings – explosion-proof if you need that option.

The same system has a state-of-the-art sanitary-capable turnaround unit. Notice how few places inside this unit there are for build-up?

If you have proprietary blends that include a variety of materials of different sizes and weights this means you don’t have to be concerned about your blends being compromised by rollback or degradation.

Take a look at this – your materials are moved at rates up to 110 feet per minute, in between these discs – that means you get good throughput without damage.

If you need to flush, clean or sanitize your system – that’s easy – because you can do that with:

- this wiper, sponge, scraper, water, asceptic cleaner, foam - you get the idea.

One of the great things about our system is that it’s flexible – you can go up and across - and through walls if necessary.

Take a look at these standard layouts:

- Horizontal-Vertical-Horizontal – 3D version
- Inline
- Horizontal-Vertical-Horizontal – the 2D version – the most common layout popular for moving coffee, spices and blends up to a packaging machine or a mixer.
- Loop
- Horizontal Corner
- U-Horseshoe
- Transfer
- …and even a Portable Unit complete with push-bar and industrial-grade wheels, tension cable and all the critical components needed for a mobile and versatile production piece.

Of course, this is just the beginning – we’ve done so many configurations I can’t show them all in this brief time we have together.

Most people stare at the tubes and the discs. But take a look around – there’s no dust! And very little noise.

Well, our time is up now. I hope I’ve answered some of your questions.

Now it’s up to you.

Give us a call at ************ or visit our site **************** and take a look around.

Oh yeah, we’ve been doing this since 1971, so I’ll be here when you’re ready.

Look forward to hearing from you!
