Script Details

Looking for both Men and Women as options, fun smart and informative tone. Mid thirties. 
A few years ago, City Stores found themselves in a challenging situation.
While they had the second largest retail footprint in New York City, with over 2.5 million square feet, and had a longstanding relationship with New Yorkers, very few people actually wanted to go inside the stores, which felt “disorganized,” “dark” and “difficult to navigate.” It was the store you went to into because it was convenient and around the corner – not the store you wanted to go to.

With the new retail environments, City Stores needed better products, improved services, and to capitalize on its New York City born-and-bred heritage. More reasons for consumers come in and explore.

We worked closely with the new design management team to support the strategic development and tactical execution of the company’s new mantra, “New York Living Made Easy,”

All of this built upon the strategy of making the shopping experience easier for New Yorkers.

The reaction has been astoundingly positive.

Together City Stores and ABX have reinvented the long-standing convenience store and shopping experience for New York City and literally changed the face of the drug store model as we once knew it.
