I need a male narrator (middle aged) with no regional accent. I think the read needs to be warm and friendly but not over the top sappy. Think "storyteller" but again, not over the top. The video is mainly to celebrate the 90th birthday of a local well known business man and the details of his career. Total copy time is probably less than 3 minutes. Budget is $400. Of course I need it quick. Final delivery by AIFF file is probably best but can also take others. Must allow for a pick-up or two - don't worry, I won't abuse you. Thanks and I hope to hear from you if you are interested.

The year was 1928. You could buy a Model A Ford for $385. A new product was introduced at grocery stores. Sliced bread! And on August 15, 1928 in Houston, Texas an event took place that many would come to say was the best thing since sliced bread—Stanford Alexander was born.
He was welcomed by proud parents Anne Weingarten Alexander and Irving Alexander, and big sister Barbara. While Stanford did not have the opportunity to know all his grandparents and relatives, he grew up hearing wonderful stories about them and his family history.
Stanford spent much of his youth around the family business, Weingarten grocery stores. He started as a sacker and carry-out and eventually worked his way to the cash register. The pioneering grocery chain had its roots in a dry good store started by Harris Weingarten who came to America from Poland seeking new opportunities....
