We are creating a promotional video for country music artist. The video will only be used to solicit sponsors for artist's upcoming concert tour. In other words, it will not be used publicly and will only be seen by a limited number of people. The script can be seen below and is less than five minutes total. MOST IMPORTANTLY, there is a major time crunch on this project. We'll need the voice over completed by noon CT on Tuesday, September 18. We'll be producing all other audio and ask that the voice over be delivered in a WAV format. FYI, we have a public FTP site where you can upload the wav files (or we can access them from an FTP site of your own if applicable). So, if you can provide that type of file and hit our time frame, please let me know an exact cost as soon as possible. Thanks.

Given that, even though the band is a multi-platinum, major label act, they're not looking to spend huge amounts of cash on this project.
