Animated tutorial of a software application.

This is a project starting with a 4 minute read next week, but will most likely extend to a bigger contract with 50 similar modules spread over the next 2-3 years…

The client asked for a Midwestern female: "Midwesterners don’t have an accent, they speak perfect English without accents. Most American newscasters are from the Midwest..."

Script Details

The second type of user of the ************************* is the *** Operator. The responsibilities of the Operator include recording [pause], assessing [pause] , resolving or forwarding an incident. The Operator receives incident notifications via phone calls, the Service desk portal, or e-mail.

The system assists the Operator step-by-step through the incident registration process, making use of Wizards. It ensures that all required information for 2nd line support is successfully collected. The Operator also uses the Service desk application to help him (or her) to categorize and prioritize the problem.

Let's take a look at a specific example. A central *** Operator handles reports from employees across base concerning IT and Communications related issues. She enters the reports into the system using the Service desk application and manages these and other pre-existing incidents.
