Software Quick Tour 
This is a quick tour video for our software, meant for inexperienced business users. This means that we need to deliverour entire commercial approach in a few minutes, relying heavily on compelling voicing to have an impact on our prospective customers. We are searching for young, warm, friendly voices that can convey the emotions we seek to generate with our messages.
We target corporate business users.

The Voice Actor should have at least 3 years of experience in the voice industry.

Sean, a Project Manager, needs to order some office supplies for him and his team. He can very quickly go to Bizagi and create a new purchase request with all the necessary details. He can choose all of the supplies he needs from the ones usually requested in his company. He can also indicate when and where these supplies should be delivered. When he is done, he just needs to click on next and, according to how this process should flow, the request is instantly submitted to Ian, his boss, for approval.

Ian is right on his way out to a very important meeting, but manages to notice Sean’s request pop up in his inbox just before leaving. Everything looks OK, but he needs some time to think about it, so he decides to continue working on the road.

He hops on a cab and takes out his phone to continue reviewing Sean’s request. After making sure everything is OK, and that this purchase won’t cause a strong impact on his budget, he approves the request.
In the meantime, Tiffany, from the Purchase Department, receives notification of the recently approved purchase request. She now needs to generate the Purchase Order. Luckily for her, she only has to review all of the information to make sure it is correct, and hit a button to automatically generate the PO, ready to be sent to the supplier.

Looks easier than going through heaps of paperwork, right? Well, that’s because it is!
