We are a software company that has created a "walk through" demonstration of our software, highlighting its benefits and our that of our other services.

We have had the the demonstration voiced already, but this is by someone with a US accent, done for our US office. I now need this doing by someone who can impersonate or has a native British accent.

There are 8 different areas of the demonstration and as such there are 8 stages to the script (scripts go from 2 pages the shortest, to 6 pages the longest). They have been written to clearly identify what needs to be voiced and what does not. Every page is dynamic and as such changes. Hence all scripts are clearly marked by numbered paragraphs. After each paragraph the artist should pause for a few seconds, this way we can manipulate the voice overs to the correct part of the demonstration.

Our software is specifically for hair and beauty salons and spas. It helps manage their businesses, everything from booked appointments, managing stock, marketing activities to reporting and analysing their business.

Creating a targeted list of the type of client you want to market to is the most important step. This target list can be done several ways in Shortcuts. On the top of the screen, you have all products purchased and all services the client has had.

On the left side is where you specify products by the manufacturer, product lines or specific products – perfect for retail promotions.

On the right side is where you can focus on services done – you can limit the search by a category of services or a specific service.

The same is true for searching for clients that have not had a service done, or have not purchased a product.
